My Question or Issue

The application is strangely zoomed and even in full screen it seems that I used the control key and even if I already tried to use it to remove the zoom it does not work, not recognizing the application as zoomed, I tried everything, even turning it off and on again. Is there anything more that can be done? I attach two screenshots hoping that they will help explaining my situation

Thanks for reaching out. We'll gladly help you get everything running as expected. 

 

Does the app zoom in and out now if you use the keyboard shortcuts? Does it change with mouse and/or trackpad instead? Be advised that you may need to enable these gestures and shortcuts from the Mac accessibility settings first, so make sure to double check that. 

 

If it doesn't respond, please send us the screenshots of what it looks like. You mentioned attaching them in your initial reply but those aren't visible. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

 

So the zoom keys, gestures, shortcuts, etc. are unresponsive, is that correct? When did this first occur? In any case, consider performing a clean reinstall as that is known to resolve a multitude of issues and this could definitely be one of them.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

 

Could you let us know if the issue is that the zoom keys, gestures, shortcuts, etc. are unresponsive? Also, make sure to let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update. 

 

On another note, we suggest checking if the OS of your PC has any pending update. We'd also like to know if this only happens with the Spotify app or with other apps as well.
