The reset password email wasn't sent to me

The reset password email wasn't sent to me

Okay so I've been trying to reset my password like three times now because I do not remember it and I'm getting annoyed, the email to reset the password just isn't sent to me?? And if there's a problem I'm not able to see it anywhere- can someone please help.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We'd recommend that you check all your email addresses, Spam/Junk folders included and see if the email with the link is to be found there. Please note that errors might happen if you've put in too many requests in the system. You might need to wait a little bit before entering your info in Password reset link again. 

On another note, would you mind also trying with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.
