Third party sites won’t access my listening data

I’ve given permission to multiple third party sites to see it displayed differently than spotify shows but even after re-connecting my spotify account none of them will access any of my history.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache that might be affecting the proper behavior of the app. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article as it will replace all damaged files and ensure you're running the latest version of the app.


If the issue persists, and depending on which app you're trying to link to, we'd also recommend unlinking the apps and linking them back again to force the syncing between your account and other apps. You can manage all permissions from your account page as mentioned in this article.


Lastly, and if persistent, include in your next response more details about the apps you're trying to link, the make, model, OS version of your device, and the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
