Time meter jumps to the end of the song before it's even played

I selected daily mix and a song pulled up but the time meter was at the end of the song as if it already played the song. Then it loads the next song in the list and does the same thing. It has loaded song after song not playing anything. I have hit the forward and back buttons to get it to play a song from the beginning but the same process happens.
