Total playlist no longer plays

I used to listen to the playlist, The Holiday (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), which used to play completely. Now, only one sound plays, which is highlighted in white font and the other songs, which do not play, are gray-ish. Any idea why?

Hey @LMN23,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind sharing the Spotify link to the playlist so we can see what it looks like on our end?

As a heads-up, if something you saved is grayed out and won't play, the reason might be that the artist, their music label or distributors made the content not available on Spotify at the moment. Hopefully it will reappear soon. For more details on this, it'd be great to take a look at this support site article.

Hope you’ll find this info useful as we look out for your reply. Don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can help with!

Hey @LMN23,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop and sharing the required info.

We tested this on our end and can confirm that only one song is displayed as available whereas the others are grayed out. As we thought, the most likely explanation is that the artist, their music label or distributors made the content not available on Spotify at the moment.

If you have access to the same official content (for example, you have the .mp3 or .wav files of the songs), you can import the songs as local files so you can still listen to them on Spotify. If you'd like to know more about how this works, it'd be great for you to read this support site article.
