Tracks keep skipping when played over Spotify Connect

My Question or Issue

After several years of normal operations I can't play Spotify songs anymore on my WLAN speaker. The tracks do not play but instead the next song is displayed in Pause and when you press Play then it skips to the next one. Regardless from where the speaker was selected. I've reset the device without any success. Any idea?

After Spotify support has cleared corrupted files in my account data and a reinstallation of the app the problem was solved.

Do you have an email address of the Spotify Support group?

 

The problem is back and no solution yet😂
