Transfer Playlist

I've had a 'free' Spotify account for years, and have linked to a number of playlists. Some created by others, some created by me. I have since created a new account, (with a more meaningful name) which is premium. What I want to know is, how can I copy the playlists I created in the old account, into the new account, so I don't have to go in and create every playlist again?
