Trouble adding lables in the community ideas section.

Hi Community. 

Whenever I try to add a lable to my idea when posting my idea in the community, they all appear as plain text. 

A it works fine in all other sections of the community, however doesn't work in the ideas section. This issue has been happening for a fiew months now. Clearing my cache and comkies, using a different browser, and using an alternative wifi connection all did not fix the issue. 

Before this issue started, I could create community ideas just fine.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with posting ideas
Could you please provide more information that can help?
Like is it a mobile or desktop version?
And screenshots if possible, I'm trying to understand what you mean by plain text.
This doesn't mean you should post an idea but,it can be a sample 🙂

It just appears as words on the screen, for example, when I click on them nothing happens.

I am using the mobile version.

We tried to reproduce the issue but we're not able from our end, can you let us know what device you're using and it's operating system version?

 

Do you get the same behavior if you switch the site to the desktop version - this could usually be done via your browser settings?

This issue still happens, even on the desktop website.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Could you try using a different network connection or an incognito browser window? Sometimes there are some network limitations set by a firewall or similar, which could cause such issues.

I've tried both the incognito browser and the alternative wifi network, and none of them resolved the issue.

Thanks for your reply. 

 

Could you let us know if this is only happening when connected to WiFi or if the same happens over 3/4G as well?

 

On another note, if you're using a VPN, we suggest that you disable it before trying again. 

 

Lastly, sending us the make/model and operating system of your devices would come in handy.

My device isn't capable of making screen recordings.

Could you try submitting your idea by using another device, for example a mobile phone? If possible, you can ask a friend or a relative to lend you their device, so you can check if the same issue is present there.
