My Question or Issue

Hi, I mainly use Spotify on my phone and my Xbox one. Yesterday I was on my Xbox and listening to one of my saved playlists yesterday and I noticed that I didn’t recognise the song that was playing. I went into the app and changed it back to the playlist. I got about 30 seconds into the song before the music paused and switched back to a song/artist I had never heard of listened to before. I continued to have the same problem on my phone throughout the night. I updated the app and still have had the same problem.
