Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to access your local files? Additionally, we'd like to know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one.

 

If you have followed all the suggested steps  and it still doesn't work, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the app settings? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
