My Question or Issue

 

Hi, this is my first post.I am having issues with our family account that has 3 users on it, myself and two boys.

I gave one of my sons my Iphone 6 when i bought a new Huawei. I invited him to join and we are experiencing issues with this process. The email sent, but we don't seem to be able to redeem the code. This is probably a fault on our side not doing it properly.

He is listening to music ok, but if we both try at the same time we get a scenario where one of us has to take control and the other one cannot listen to music.

I don't know if there is an issue because he has my old phone, but suspect it is more likely that he cannot acknowledge the account invite that I have sent him.

 

Any advice would be appreciated as this is driving us both mad!

Hey @stevecox0003, welcome to the Community 🙂

 

He might be still logged into your account on mobile. He should log out  and try logging in with his account.

 

I also suggest reading this article (especially 'The Invite Isn't Working' section) for more help. 🙂
