Two overlapping sets of ads play when podcast ends

My Question or Issue

When a podcast ends, it automatically goes to the next podcast and at that time two sets of advertisements start to play at the same time, overlapping. I can pause the show, but it's impossible to stop the other set because it's not clear where it's coming from. The only way to stop it is to quit the app.  I have to do this every time for the last two weeks.

Could you let us know if this happens with all podcasts or only with a specific one? If it only happens with one podcast, make sure to send us its URI. We'll take a closer look. We'd also like to know if this happens across devices.
