Unable to Upload a Thumbnail

I am posting our 60th episode and were unable to update the thumbnail as before. The option to "upload" is there but when I click the link it doesn't open the window to select the file. I've tried several browsers as well as on my phone. It's like the link is broken. Any help or is there an outage or something?

Can you try a different internet connection and use an incognito window to see if it makes any difference? If it doesn't help, I'd suggest you try to reach out to Spotify for Creators support. They can take a look at it and help you further.
