If you can't access your Spotify account make sure you try creating a new password and use it to log in. Check out this help page on how to do that. 

In case you still get the same error message after trying this, it's a good idea to check if you're able to log in to your Spotify account when using a different device. This will let you know if the issue might be account- or device-related.
