Unable to unlink my account from Playstation

I am unable to link my Spotify with my NEW PlayStation account as I no longer want to use that account. I tried logging out the account and logging out of my Spotify. I attached an image of the message I get.

My Question or Issue

I don’t know how to get that account disconnected with my Spotify I can play music from the new account but it’s being casted from my phone I want to be able to have the full app on my PlayStation but I can’t as I can’t get my old account that is connected disconnected.
