Unknown Device

So i was playing and had Spotify open on my other screen and suddenly a message poped up sayin Device is avaible. I am sure that spotify is only running on One device at that time ( on my PC ). And the new Device that appeared is a device i never heard of or used. I used the function to "disconnect everywhere" and Reseted my "offline Devices".

I also reseted my password. But this on device still shows as avaible and i dont want it there. I also posted a screenshot of the Device. ( Pinell Supersound 0022612faa08 ) Help please.
