Unlink Spotify Account from PSN Account

I linked my account with a PSN account in the past. I have had a few and cannot remember which one I signed into. I would like to remove it from this account and sign into my new account. Any ideas?

I'm having some difficulty getting into my older PSN accounts as well so logging into them might be a bit of a problem.

hello, I have the same problem, and I try to unlink but, if I login into the PSN and my account haven't any spotify linked account,  Is there any other way to unlink any PSN account from my spotify?

Someone from PSN has to unlink it for you:

Go here, scroll to bottom and start a live chat with a rep.

Tell them your issue then ask them to look up your account using your PSN online id or the email you used to register.

If they find one that has Spotify linked, they can manually unlink it.
