My Question or Issue

So you guys decided to update stuff and now everything here is broken.. My Playstation doesn't play the music half of the time.. On my Android half of the artist I'm following are gone from the list, though when I search for them on the artist page it says I'm following them.. Now I'm a paying customer, I've been always happy with Spotify and their availability.. BUT PLEASE GUYS..

Instead of updating UI and that sort**bleep**, PLEASE for god sakes first learn how to implement 2FA before making stupid UI changes.. Don't change anything that ain't broken..

Last year my account was compromised, you helped me out very well.. But told me 2FA was to hard to implement.. Well if you're willing to break everything, please do that with at least trying to add security.. Instead of nonessential "looks"..

Please fix the libraries, since I want easy access, also please give the Playstation 4 the option to browse per Artist in the users library.. One can now search through previously listened, albums, songs.. But that exactly the opposite of easy navigation.. Come on..

Sorry for the rant, I'm really frustrated.. Almost broke my controler cause of Spotify not working.. I need my music maaannnn. 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community about this. We totally get how frustrating it is not to be able to listen to your music the way you want to. Don't worry, though, we're here to help 🙂

We appreciate your feedback about the Spotify app. We would however like to ask you to create a new thread for each of the issues you are experiencing, after having searched for other relevant threads in the Community.

For now, with regard to 2FA, many of our users have already voted for this idea, which is currently under consideration, here. Do make sure to add your vote to the idea and stay tuned for further updates by following the thread.

As for the rest of your questions, as we said before, if you can't find another thread in the Community which has answers to your questions, then make sure to create a new one, and either a Moderator, a Rock Star or a Community user will jump in and help you out 🙂
