How’s it going. Thanks for eaching out. Yea for this inquire, not really much help. It seemed like a canned response and it didn’t really solve the underlining problem. Which was a canceling my apple subscription and waiting till the end date. I wanted to upgrade to family without waiting till my subscription through apple ended. Something for sure that should be fixed in the future.
Anyway obviously not a major problem because its just music, but just an efficiency/ incovience in upgrading.
