Version and Catalog Updates Removing Songs From Playslists

I use spotify premium as a profressional musician.  I have a running playlist of every song we've done, and it's incredibly important that this list doesn't change.  But, every time a new version is released, or the catalog changes, the songs disappear.  This is INCREDIBLY annoying.  I get that if Spotify doesn't have the rights to a song then I can't listen to it through their application, That's not a problem with me, but DON'T REMOVE THE TITLE FROM MY LIST!!!  Just BLANK IT OUT!!  Put a link to iTunes or something, or leave it link-less, but DON'T REMOVE THE NAME!! NO ONE ASKED YOU TO  DO THAT!!!!!  I'm going to have to start using something else to catalogue our songs, but MAN, it would have been so much easier if someone would just fix this.... PLEASE!

In the Spotify settings there is an option to show these removed songs.

It should be listed as something like:

"Show unplayable tracks"

The songs will still show, but they will be greyed out.
