Vizio Smart TV Corrupted Streaming

We recently purchased a new Vizio 65" Smart TV (Model D65u-D2). The Spotify app on our previous Vizio Smart TV (a 40" model) worked fine, but this one has two issues:

1) It will almost always cut off the first half-second or so of each song. Doesn't seem like much until you hear the Beatles say "...lp!" instead of "Help!" or another song begin with something other than the expected sounds. Not a deal-breaker, but consistently annoying.

2) Occasionally, the app will skip entire songs in a playlist. If you select the songs manually, they'll play, but the playlist will skip over one or two songs at a time if you start it from the beginning.

Any ideas?
