WD TV Live Media Player

Yesterday I started my 30 day free Premium Trial and it works on my computer. However when I try to login on my WD TV Live Media Player using the Spotify service loaded on it, I get a message from Spotify that says "Spotify Premium is required for this device." What gives?

Thanks but no, I even reset the device (actually have done it a couple of times) as well as resetting all online service accounts.
