Spotify seems to find playlists all of its own and which have no connection with those I synced to my phone using Zune.

There doesn't seem to be anyway to delete these or to tell Spotify to refresh its lists.

Any assistance?

Maybe try to empty the applications cache and data, or try to reinstall the application would help it?
