App crashes often when you tap a song

App hardly ever plays songs whether online or offline synced, instead saying loading for a few seconds then going back to the playlist

This happens when on Wi-Fi at home or 3/4G out and about

This happens even if I force flight mode and try and play songs that have been offline synced

Steps I have taken to resolve this:

Reset phone to factory defaults
