[WP 8.1] Hang on start

Hej there,

i have a Lumia 930 with wp8.1. i registered as premium user just yesterday (did not use facebook), installed the app and it worked like charm. i made some music available offline and it worked just fine on the way to work in the train. i stopped the music when i arrived and quit the app. since then i am trying to restart it again but it always hangs right at the beginning with the logo and the loading dots. i restarted my phone several times. still not working 😞

any ideas besides reinstalling the app?

Have you tried reinstalling the app? I know you said any other suggestions instead, but have you tried it?
