[WP8] Spotify randomly flush offline playlists

Hi,

I have a big problem using Spotify on my Nokia Lumia 925.

I have many playlists in offline mode, and plenty of space on my device. But I still don't know why, but sometimes when I run the app, my offline playlists have been flushed away and I need to resync them. It is really anoying. I have the problem between 2 and 5 days after I sync a playlist.

Is there any known issue about this, or am I the only one ?

Do you have a solution ? Offline mode is the only reason why I use spotify on a mobile device.

Is your clock set correctly? Do you regularly switch timezones or change the date+time on your phone?

Does your phone sometimes reboot and come up in factory default time?

Could it be the problem ? Sometimes my smartphone reboots and the clock isn't set correctly.

Probably. Big changes to the system clock will invalidate the certificate used to download and play Spotify music. This is similar to the way that HTTPS won't work at all unless your clock is set to the correct day.
