[WP8] Spotify won't start

Another new one:  Spotify fails to start.

For the last hour I've been unable to start Spotify, trying dozens of times.  Had the same thing while trying to work to work. Two different results:

1.  It sits on the Spotify splash screen virtually forever.  One time it did get past this, but then refused to let me play music.  At that time as well it had my starred playlist's "Available offline" status as "Off".  It's always been "on", or intended to be, but not this time 😞

2.  Other times, it just sat on a black screen, or crashed entirely.  No feedback, no error messages, no status as to what it's doing.

So I've been unable to use Spotify all day.
