[WP8] When will the Spotify App be availbe on Marketplace in Poland?

Hello. Today was a great day for polish people, as Spotify has launched in our country. I've already set up my account and I've downloaded Spotify for my desktop and iPad.

However, I can't download Spotify for my Lumia 920 on Windows Phone 8. I can't find it in polish Marketplace, and when I use a direct link, I can't download it, as it's not supposed to work in my region.

So, when can I expect to be able to download Spotify on WP8?

This is also a problem in Ireland. I can see the app is available in the UK and yet I can't download it on my HTC 8X in Ireland.
