Why doesn't Spotify match the volume of the commercials to the volume of the other content? I'm not paying for the premium service. That ain't happening. I'll just listen to my music collection. But if I am willing to sit through the commercials, why does Spotify insist on blasting them at 80 dB???  If I have a podcast at a listenable volume and it ends, if I don't instantly hit mute on my headphone speaker before the commercial starts, my ears bleed. Why not normalize the loudness of commercials to the same as the rest of your content. It sure isn't going to make me want to buy the product being advertised when I associate it with temporary deafness.
