My Question or Issue

What's the online status of the Web Player? Been using this since 2014 until just recently when we could no longer access the Web Player on any PCs and including on my newly purchased laptop with unresolve "An error occurred." And also the web player couldn't load the contents when it should before logging in (screenshot below). Did they finally discontinued operating the web player to force everyone to use the desktop app instead?

I would also recommend you download the Windows version which runs much better than the Web player.

The Web Player should be working. There are no plans to remove the Web Player. We even improved it recently.

 

Could you please give us some more info about the Web Player:

 

  • Does it happen on a work or private network?
  • Screenshot of the error
  • What happens if you try a different account
  • What happens if you try a different web-browser
