Web Player not Streaming in Chrome

So the Web Player keeps giving me errors on not being able to stream because of my Network Restriction.

This is driving me nuts, because it works from time to time, but It stops working as often as it works.

To me, this has been the case for a long long time now, anyone can help me on this ?

And just as I'm about to post this, it now works. What is the issue with the web player ?

Back to not playing again ... I can't have to delete my cache everytime I comebacl to Spotify.
