Web Player not working

Hi, the web player isn't playing music. I can look through artisits, etc, but the bar at the bottom won't respond. 

It looks like it's playing a track but it isn't. I've logged out and logged back in again and I've turned the computer off and on but it's still the same. I'd install the app but the firewalls at work stop it from working properly.

I've attached a screenshot of what it's doing. Any help would be much appreciated!

I've found a solution. Click on the red arrow shown below, and then select "This Web Browser".
