Web player Chrome sound fluctuating

Operating System: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome and Firefox
Using Web Player

Hi everybody!
I'm having an issue where the sound fluctuate during the music. I first had this problem while using the app.
Tried everything I found here in the community and on the web, nothing worked.
Then I decided to use the web player instead to see if the issue would be solved, but it did not. Again, I tried everything I could find here.
Can someone please help me fix the issue with the web player?
Please, see the image of one of the things I have tried already.
On the first image, I disabled the "Dell" device and went to my "Speaker/HP" properties
On the "Exclusive Mode", I tried with the check boxes selected and deselected.
On "Spatial sound format", I tried the "off" option and "Windows sonic for headphones"
