Web player broken in my browsers

Web player broken in my browsers

When I log into Spotify web player, the browse page only shows a message, "Enable player in your browser". There's a link below this to an article on enabling DRM media. This is already enabled in both of my browsers (Firefox, Chrome), and there's no further help. Right now I can't get further then this message. I don't have access to media. This has been going on for several days now. What's the change? How do I work around this?

Hey @blewzman, welcome to the Community!

 

Let's try clearing your browsers' cache and cookies or using an incognito window. If this doesn't do the trick, try a different internet connection to see if it behaves the same.

 

In case you don't have access to a different connection, you can tether your phone's data to your desktop to test it out.
