Web player not working on Firefox in a new PC

My Question or Issue

 Help!, i been using spotify windows 10 on a laptop and my android phone recently and that still works, but recently i bought a pc desktop but i can´t get spotify to work in any web browser, i mainly use firefox, but also tried with Chrome, Edge, Opera but nothing works while i log in, i l only get to log in from the main Spotify page (not web player), and a black screen without anything while log in in the web player

It looks like you're not logged in on the Web Player. On the bottom left of the page there should be a log in button. Press it and log in with your Spotify account. Let us know what happens after that, and try opening it in an incognito window if necessary.
