Web player won't play anything

On my account nothing will play. I've tried deleting browser history etc, using the "log out everywhere" button, using an incodnito window with no extensions, using a different browser, even using a different computer, nothing works. My wife's account works fine on her computer but mine does nothing.

It's been like this for probably a couple of weeks at least, and it seems to be trying to play a home depot ad and failing, because it displays that as the thumbnail, but with no player controls and without actually doing anything.

Any suggestions?
