Web player won't play

I tried logging in at work (Web Player-- I don't have permission/admin access to install any applications) and nothing happens when I press play. I tried "log out everywhere" which appeared successful but still nothing when I press "play."

Something similar has been happening to me for approx. a month now. Nothing happens if I press the play button, and I cannot even select a song, just enter the playlists. At the beginning I just had to refresh a couple of times and it would start to play again, but know even that seems not to work any longer...
