Hello! Could not find one of the best albums of Elton John's "Duets" (1993). How Come?

Thanks You! I am in Germany. From the album is available only three songs. Maybe that's why the album is not indexed in the search for "Elton John". Try to check.

Thanks for the additional info. Yes, it looks like it's definitely a regional issue. I just looked it up, and strangely this particular album only seems to be available on Spotify in North America right now. Most likely, the few songs that it lets you play are ones that are available on other albums.
