Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues!

Would you mind specifying what you mean by "hearing" the bands? Do you mean that the song names are displayed to be grey?

If that's the case, it sounds to me like the songs are no longer available. This could be due to several reasons, which you can read about here 🙂
