My Question or Issue
Why is Spotify partnered with Merchbar which has a dreadful reputation even on Trustpilot? People consistently receiving low quality merchandise and even unplayable vinyl records due to warping. No customer service for those who need it, or getting the run around when requesting a refund? People who don't use PayPal are at even more of a loss when they can't get help unless they file a charge back with their bank after receiving goods that aren't even usable?
