Windows Phone & Windows Desktop Cannot Delete Playlists

Could someome please help me, i am currently using my Windows Phone and my Windows Laptop, since downloading spotify on both two years ago i now have premium and am unable to delete any of my playlists, i have attempted to resolve the issue by un installing spotify and re-installing it however this has not resolved the issue. i have the latest version of the app on both devices but it does not fix my problem.

Using the app in your phone, Go to your library then choose Playlists and there you can see all the playlists you've made. You can tap and hold the playlist that you want to delete and a pop up will appear... Then choose delete playlist.... Hope this helps

i understand how to delete the playlist but when i do that and select delete playlist it doesnt delete.
