Windows computer, when logging in says I don't have premium, but I do

Hi!

There hasn't been a problem with my premium before, but now it only works on my cellphone and not on my computer. The problem started when Spotify updated itself to the most recent version. I've tried to log off and then on again, but nothing happens and I'm not really that thrilled about the comercials.

Can you help me with this, please?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Can you check that if you go to your subscriptions page it still says premium?

Make sure you're logging in with the right account. (i.e. If you activated with Spotify, login with Spotify not facebook, it's very easy to make that mistake).

Try reinstalling Spotify.

Can you use it on your phone?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Can you try a quick clean reinstallation of the application and see if that helps? 

Also make sure you are logging in using the correct details, its is amazingly easy to have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another through Facebook.
