Won’t play downloaded songs

Whenever I try to play saved or downloaded songs it stops playing at 9 seconds or doesn’t play at all

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. This seems odd. We'd like to take a closer look into this.

Can you start with performing a clean reinstall of the app as this will make sure there's no old cache files causing this?
