Wrong song displayed on iphone and ps4

My Question or Issue

When I play music on my PS4 (coming through speakers connected to the tv), then remotely control it from the spotify app on my iPhone (on shuffle), it displays a random song on both the PS4 screen and on the phone. Both are different songs, and neither are the correct song that is actually playing. Continues to display the wrong song on both when shuffling through the music. Not an annoying bug persay, just interesting.

Hey @xaviator, help's arrived. 

That sounds odd. Are you playing from a certain playlist, your saved songs, or albums? 

We'd like to have some more info on this, but before that, make sure you do the following:

• Reinstall the app on both devices.
• Are your Spotify account and PSN account linked? If so, unlink them and link them again. 
• Restart your devices. Make sure to unplug the PS4 and plug it back in.
