I have premium. I shouldn't be seeing this message.
It's also incredibly condescending to people who don't have premium. "This is a premium feature" or "you need to purchase premium to use this feature" or greying it out altogether so that people know they don't actually have permissions to use it would all be more respectful. It's not a treasure hunt and a pop-up telling you that you are a second class citizen isn't a reward.

If you have an active Premium subscription, the app should not show that message. In this case, we'd first recommend forcing the sync between your account and your device by logging out and logging back in twice.
If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Sounds like you happened to tap on one of the options currently available to Premium users only (such as deactivating Shuffle on the mobile app). Spotify Premium offers a wider access to features compared to the free version, like on-demand listening and editing the play queue through your phone. A full list of the differences between the two can be found here.

Ese es para el caso de plan premium.. pero para el plan gratuito por qué aparece? Me está forzando la app para que pague la suscripción o fue que accidentalmente seleccione una característica del plan premium?

i don’t have any premuim and each time i try to listen to any songs like my liked songs it says you discoverd a premuim feature like i don’t even want to change anything but it donsen’t let me to listen i hope you can fix this

Same problem with me, i already cleared the cache then tried uninstalling and reinstalling spotify but still same issue exist
Im having the same issue where even when on a free subscription to listen to music, when i click any of my playlist it says i discover a premium feature and have to pay.
I’ve also tried to play songs, playlists, and podcasts as a person with a free account, but it keeps saying “You’ve found a premium feature!” I’ve been looking for answers and for anyone who’s also had the same problems. I’m so confused, and I SWEAR if it costs premium to listen to music, I WILL crash out.

Thanks for posting in this thread!
Keep in mind that it's expected to see this message at certain points when on the free service. It's not possible to switch it off while on free, but you can dismiss the message to continue using the app as usual.
If you're on Premium and seeing this, however, it's possible that the app needs a quick resync. Make sure to check the steps mentioned earlier in the thread by @OscarDC.
