about music quality and windows mobile

I did not notice that by default the quality of them music is normal, even as a premium user. So I downloaded many music as normal and now I changed the quality to extreme but seems that anything changed.

I switched the button of some playlist to "no offline" and then back to save for offline, and nothing changed either.

Fianlly I read in spotify official website that there is no extreme quality for windows mobile. 

I just want to had the higher quality posible.
