accounts in same house are interfering with one another and causing error messages.

How can I separate two accounts in the same household from interfering with one another.  I keep getting booted off my Spotify every time my daughter is using her (she has separate account).  I keep getting a message that Spotify limits the number of devices on its service...?  I am the only one using it!  So I am left to assume that our signal is crossing and I am looking for a way to correct it or else I am ditching Spotify.  WHY IS THERE NO SUPPORT FOR THIS SERVICE???  Major flaw!
