My Question or Issue

 After last update I missing all my saved song and playlists. I have just 2 saved songs, which I saved after update and some weird songs from Cartel De Santa (I already removed it because it was not my choice to listen it or saved it). It is same on my mobile phone, because I use just one account for both, pc and mobile.
Can you help me to get my songs back?

Hey @Mirus! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^


Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.

thanks for help.
I checked my accout and I have only one. And I didnt loged out or something. 
But I use your advice and recoverd some of my playlists so thank you for that 🙂
But saved song still missing.

Are all of your saved songs gone?

yes, all of them. Now I have just 2 saved songs. One I added 4 days ago and second one I added today, 7 hours ago.
