another e-mail is already listed on your my account

another e-mail is already listed on your my account

When I should change my profile from android to Iphone, i got a warning message saying another account was already using my e-mail adress. How could this be? have I done something I shouldn´t.

This normally happens when you accidentally have more than one account, its especially common if your Spotify account and Facebook are registered to the same address. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to sort it out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
