artist avatar didn’t update in 72 hours

I have set my artist avatar image more than 72 hours ago and it still hasn’t change on regular spotify although i have refreshed the app

My Question or Issue

I have a Spotify for artists page, where over a year ago, I changed my profile picture for my artist. Since then I changed it again. On my phone, the profile picture that shows up for the artist is the one from over a year ago. The issue does not exist on my computer, nor on a household member's Spotify library, so it's specific to only my phone and not even my account. I've cleared the cache internally and externally, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've logged out and logged back in twice in a row, I've removed it from the library and re added it to the library, but nothing has worked. I'm still seeing the profile picture from over a year ago. It's not a huge issue since it seems like I'm the only one that sees it, but it's still super annoying.
